"Meredith has been a catalyst in saving my
life. Through my personal trainer workouts
I have lost 30 plus pounds and slimmed down
by 3 dress sizes. More importantly my blood
pressure has lowered to a healthy reading,
my blood sugar levels have dropped and I can
run up a flight of stairs
without feeling near collapse. And while
I'm elated with the health benefits, what I
have enjoyed most is the pure joy of
rediscovering the fun, the thrill of moving
