**I am located in West Houston (Richmond/Eldridge). First time training or yoga consultations are FREE. Please call to make an appointment. Private Yoga classes are done in my private studio in my home, personal training is over at Body Works & Fitness (I-10/Voss&Bingle). If you have any questions regarding ANY service feel free to call or email me.

**Business hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Sessions can be booked from early in the am through to 7:30pm.

**Refund Policy: There are no refunds on purchases of personal training or yoga sessions nor any other service purchased. All sessions purchased must be used within 3 months of date of purchase or they will expire. Prices are subject to change without notice. You must give me 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel any appointment, otherwise you will be charged for that session.
