Training
sessions at Body Works & Fitness - a wonderful facility,
private training rooms as well as a main gym area, spa
services also available. Clients pay a monthly facility fee
of $25 (which does not include gym membership) as well as
training fees.
Private Studio in West Houston
Training also available in my private studio! Cardio
done outdoors if weather permits. Train with free weights,
Swiss ball, use your own body as resistance, train with BOB
(body opponent bag) and learn kickboxing skills - the
possibilities are endless!
